1-1/2 years after its start in October 1967 the Islamic Center of Bavaria is still a shell surrounded by scaffolding. The money which was initially quite generous from Kuwait, Libya and Saudi Arabia has dried up and new donations are coming in slowly. Nov. 12 1969.
